Streets of the World

by Jeroen Swolfs

Jeroen Swolfs is a Dutch photojournalist who came up with a crazy idea: he decided to visit every country in the world and take a single photograph in its capital city. For geopolitical reasons, he wasn't able to make it to quite every country, but he got to a hundred and ninety-five of them, and Streets of the World: The Stories was the result. The book includes all of the photos, and for each of them a page or two of text.

I don't remember how Jeroen heard about me — someone must have recommended me — but he hired me to translate the book's text into English, and paid me promptly for doing so. It was published in e-book format only, and it's available for purchase at this link.
